By the mid Nineties, TVR was in its pomp. Money was rolling in, though as John Ravenscroft points out, the company never actually made much if any of the stuff. But there were plans for new cars, new engines and while the work was hard and the company was still comfortably south of over organised, TVR, the underdog was running ahead of the pack.

‘It was great early on,’ recalls Ravenscroft, ‘just 100 of us, not too big and basically we could do what we wanted to.’

My goodness that’s exactly what they did.
